“Sharing the stories and experiences of midlife to create a fun-filled, exciting new experience of life beyond menopause” is the theme of Australian, Karen O’Connors mission to help de-mystify the menopause transition.
Like me she experienced numerous symptoms that weren’t being addressed with endless menopause-related supplements. When I read her personal story on her website after she contacted me, I knew I had to help her get the ‘real’ story about how women arriving in their mid-life years are what I term, the ‘Forgotten Generation’ – you will find out why in the interview that Karen did with me last month.
This is Part 2 of that interview.

If this podcast with Karen has whet your appetite to learn more, then I have my 2 hour ‘Masterclass on Menopause’ (and yes, you can ‘pause‘ me any time you like) for you, which is now online and available on-demand for you. Please just click on the image below.
As a women’s health and ageing educator, I truly believe in the power of knowledge and menopause as a natural biological stage of life has remained buried in the medical and pharmaceutical industries for years. Whilst this is fine, I was curious as to why there are numerous cultures around the world, who don’t experience the symptoms that women living in western societies experience.
If you are curious too, then listen or watch the two podcast interviews that I did with Karen recently and then after that get into listening to the Masterclass as well. There is just a small admin fee for the Masterclass on N$15/ UK£8 as I host you in my private member area.
